At Purple Twirl Events, we prioritize building lasting relationships with our clients by providing unparalleled support and service. As a Client Services Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle all client enquiries and calendar scheduling.
• Manage client communication with other staff
• Manage client payment schedules
• Manage and facilitate client satisfaction from onboarding to event execution
• Coordinate event details; clients, and provide general support throughout planning of events.
• Assist Events team as and when needed
• Handle client queries during and outside events
• Represent the company with a professional image during social events
• Manage all coordinator details from event assignments, trainings, event specific groups, contracts and other correspondence.

Qualification Required & Experience

Required skills & Qualifications

• Must have a HND or Bachelors degree
• Ability to multitask and strong calendar scheduling
• Ability to lead and manage a team efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and high attention to details.
• Should have a good understanding of customer service.
• Must possess strong project management skills.
• A proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the event planning industry is a plus.
