Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various digital and print materials. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, booklets, social media graphics, and email newsletters.
• Conceptualize and design layouts for websites, landing pages, and digital advertisements that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Create original artwork, illustrations, and icons to enhance design projects and convey key messages effectively.
• Develop and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand guidelines for consistent use across all marketing materials.
• Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive design and messaging across all channels.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and other partners to ensure the successful production and delivery of printed materials.
• Assist with other design-related tasks and projects assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency or in-house marketing department.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums and platforms.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color
