A reputable company in Ghana is searching for a motivated and experienced Security Coordinator. The prospective applicant will be expected to provide hands on day-to-day supervision and guidance to the company’s contracted security guard force, always ensuring the effective delivery of total security services to the highest standards.

THE ROLE

• Continuously monitoring and conducting security assessments
• Reviewing and implementing security protocols
• Assessing and reviewing security officers
• Preparing reports and conducting preliminary investigations of security related incidents
• Conducting and providing discreet surveillance
• Incident response and crisis management
• Emergency preparedness and business continuity

Qualification Required & Experience

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, law enforcement, or a related discipline.
• Working Experience: At least 3 years proven experience in a similar role.

THE REQUISITE SKILLS

• Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, identify security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the organization's assets and personnel.
• Experience in developing emergency response plans, crisis management procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills to oversee security operations, coordinate security teams
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to identify security challenges, assess complex situations, and develop innovative solutions to address security threats and risks.
• Strong attention to detail.
