A fast-growing non-Bank Financial institution in the Co-operative Sector in Accra is seeking to recruit the following: Deputy Manager Finance & Banking Operations

Purpose

• To coordinate and supervise the Credit Union's financial, banking operations and administrative activities and policies, accounting practices and relationships with regulatory bodies and external auditors.

Duties

• This will be expressed during interview

Qualification Required & Experience

The candidate must satisfy the following requirements

• Must possess a Master's Degree in a business-related subject (Accounting, Finance etc) awarded by a recognised university
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in a management position
• Holding an ICA/ACCA/CIMA will be an added advantage
• Excellent reporting and writing skills will be an advantage

Skills

• Must be IT proficient and have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets (e.g. in Excel)
• Good interpersonal relationship with very high integrity
• Ability to work with minimum supervision under pressure
