Our client is the leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana. The company now seeks a hands-on Marketing Officer to be based in its Accra Offices, overseeing the day-to-day Operations in Accra.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide insights on new competitor products and advise on marketing and communication strategies to adopt.
• Provide assistance in surveys on products performances, industry updates and news.
• Develop monthly and quarterly reports on product performance and market competition.
• Facilitate the production of promotional materials (T-shirts, flyers, promo tables and telescopic flyers).
• Compose and send seasonal messages to customers. (SMS Blast).
• Facilitate branding activities (vehicles, retails, wholesales etc)
• Ensure company is well branded and visible at sponsored events by mounting promotional tables, sharing product flyers, product activation's during sponsorship events.
• Monitor company Out of Home (Billboards, Directional Signs, Telescopic flags etc).
• Ensure company brand visibility at exhibitions, sponsorship events, staff events & activities.
• Update products content regularly.
• Support the development of stories, articles etc for publication on the website.
• Ensure general functioning of website.
• Develop content for company digital media platforms
• Monitor traffic to company digital media platforms
• Monitor media reportage on company and competitors.
• Monitor ECL advertisements on media platforms.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role.
• Training in digital marketing techniques is a plus.
