Job Title: Technical Support Lead (TSL)

Report To: Chief Operations Officer

Job Brief:

We are looking for a vibrant individual to join our team as the Technical Support Lead (TSL). The TSL will be required to manage the Groups IT equipment such as computers, database software, network servers and CCTV equipment. In addition, the Technical Support Lead will be responsible for maintaining all IT software and hardware repair, installation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and recommend for procurement, hardware and software needed to meet the Group’s requirements at all units.
• Assist in procurement of technological equipment and supplies.
• Facilitate the installation of computing hardware, CCTV and other technological gadgets required at all units.
• Provides network and server administration and oversight, including monitoring security and backup protocols
• Assists in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users' requirements
• Provide technical support for internet and telecommunication systems.
• Manage and maintain the company’s servers and network issues.
• Provide administrative support with service providers
• Ensure regular maintenance and customization of existing programs to meet standard requirements.
• Provide regular and periodic updates to Operations manager.
• Facilitate the smooth operation of exiting financial systems to ensure efficiency
• Provide support on implemented software systems such as Talli, BIMPOS, etc.

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• OR Possess Certification from recognised IT Institution
• Knowledge on enterprise resource planning system
• Must show evidence of a minimum of 2 years working experience as an IT Personnel installing, repairing and servicing computer hardware, software and CCTV equipment.
