Job Summary:

We seek a motivated Marketing and Sales Director with a strong agricultural background. Key responsibilities include developing marketing and sales strategies, managing brand identity, executing campaigns, driving sales growth, and expanding our drone spraying services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
• Manage brand identity and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with product teams for market strategies
• Lead and support the sales team
• Grow and develop the drone spraying services

Compensation:

• Share and commission-based earnings
• 5% share of the group for achieving growth targets

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7-10 years in marketing and sales, 5 years in leadership
• Experience in agricultural or agri-tech sector preferred
