A distribution company in the Pharmaceutical sector in growing rapidly and currently looking for self-motivated and results oriented persons to fill this position: Sales Representatives

Job Summary

• Managing existing customers and prospecting for new ones
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals in terms of product sales and collections
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports to immediate supervisor
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programmes
• Visiting customers regularly to keep a healthy business relationship
• Maintaining accurate customer records

Qualification Required & Experience

• A degree or HND in Marketing or related field
• 3 years of experience in sales of FMCG or Pharma
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Rapport with both customers and suppliers
• Ability to work under pressure and for longs hours
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
