Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Oil and Gas Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas industry and a proven track record of successful placements. As an Oil and Gas Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various roles within the sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better serve clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas sector, including key roles and qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
