As a member of the customer service team, you will:
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone, in person visits, via email or through chat;
• Attend to customers’ questions and complaints appropriately;

• Collaborate with departments, to deal with customers’ complaints

Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum Level: SHS graduate and 6Months Experience
