Job Vacancy For Front Desk Executive
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Receiving, screening and directing visitors and clients in a courteous manner
• Receiving, screening and directing incoming telephone calls appropriately
• Provision of customer care services at the reception, including reporting on client complaints for remedial action
• Provision of information of general nature to visitors and clients on demand
• Maintenance and update of logbook of all visitors and clients at the reception
• Maintenance of current and up date newspapers, publication and other relevant materials at the reception
• Maintenance and update of a register of staff attendance and movements
• Receiving, recording and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondences and documents
• Drafting memoranda, report, presentations and other documents as directed
• Compilation and maintenance of up-to-date contacts of clients, service providers etc
• Requisition of office supplies and logistics for official events and activities
• Coordination of housekeeping activities
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Discipline
• 3 years of relevant working experience in related role
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of office management, administrative and clerical support practices, procedures and systems
• Appointment scheduling and management principles and techniques
• Excellent telephone and office etiquette
• Prioritising and managing multiple assignments
• Extensive knowledge and experience in handling office equipment and peripherals
• Extensive knowledge and experience in records management
• Excellent listening, interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Knowledge and understanding of business operations
