Job Summary

• As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• You are the key point of contact between the company, clients, subcontractors, and on-site personnel, requiring strong leadership and communication skills.
• The role involves strategic planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities to achieve project objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections and assess project requirements.

2. Team Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and manage on-site personnel, including subcontractors.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets project goals.

3. Health and Safety Compliance:

• Enforce and uphold strict safety protocols on site.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
4. Quality Control:
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
• Monitor construction processes to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Address and resolve any quality issues that may arise during construction.

5. Client Communication:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the construction process.
• Provide regular project updates and address client concerns.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality construction projects.

6. Budget Management:

• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the budget.
• Identify and address cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

7. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Address and resolve issues that may arise during construction.
• Work proactively to prevent delays and disruptions.

8. Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Generate regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Document and report any incidents or deviations from the project plan.

Other Duties

• Performs any other allied duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Project Lead or his designate.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of industry processes, methods, and materials.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional certifications in Project Management and or Construction Management.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices.
• Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
