Job Vacancy For Change Implementation Analyst



Job Summary

• The successful candidate will join as a Change Implementation Analyst in the Finance Department. (S)He will report to the Head of Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management.
• The Change Implementation Analyst will be responsible for providing the business with assurance services on revenues, prevent leakages and perform professional audit work individually or as a team leader to ensure quality products and identify and mitigate cash risks as part of revenue assurance value addition.

Key Responsibilities

New Product and Service Implementation for B2C, B2B and MFS:

• Be part of the commercial product meetings to understand the mechanics of product launches.
• Ensure all the cross functional team members are involved in the product/service go-live meetings.
• Ensure all inputs sheets required from the CFT are obtained to ensure adequate alarm configuration and validation.
• Ensure there are no product and service launch without approvals.
• Deliver the E2E risk assessment of all products and services before go-live.
• Ensure the compliance checklist is respected end to end before go-live approval.
• Prepare a detailed UAT document together with the business owners and ensure adequate testing before go-live.
• Ensure the input validation sheets are obtained for new product designs for further analysis.
• Ensure the commercial product catalogue for B2B, B2C and MFS are updated on monthly basis.
• Ensure the SLAs and escalation matrix for new product and service implementation is respected.
• Ensure that the company website is updated with new product mechanics.
• Ensure RAFM universe of controls are updated according to the mechanics of the product or service.

New Projects and Network Upgrades.

• Participate in the weekly change approval board meeting.
• Ensure changes that affects revenue and service is communicated to the risk department.
• Ensure a risk control matrix is defined based on the method of procedure.
• Ensure a clear compliance checklist with all CFT members have been defined pre and post go live.
• Ensure RAFM universe of controls and alarms are properly updated to reflect the new changes.

Alarms and Control Definition

• Ensure alarms for products and services are designed during the UAT phase according to the alarm definition policy. There should be no product in the market which has no alarms in place.
• Ensure alarms are configured together with the persons responsible. No alarm should be configured in a black box.
• Ensure all product alarms allocated to you by Head of RAFM are supervised and a minimum threshold of 0.1% is maintained for all pending expired alarms.
• Put in place a quarterly review of all alarms designs using a risk-based approach to ensure they are relevant and still mitigating risks.

Reporting and Monitoring.

• Put in place a daily post monitoring of products in terms of trends and other KPIs and report unusual behaviour.
• Follow up with all stakeholders on post validation actions captured on the compliance checklist.
• Prepare a weekly report on the product go live process to give the following insights to the business.
• No. of products configured and error rate.
• No. of products configured, and system/node involved.
• Efficiency KPIs.
• Average time of configuration of products (E2E)
• Average no of days for product/service design
• Average no of days for alarm configuration
• Average no of days for approval at each phase of the PGL

Proactive Testing of Products:

• Based on a risk-based approach select products to be tested by billing assurance on monthly basis. Exception should be sent to the business unit responsible.
• Prepare a UAT document to be used coupled with EDR validation.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/electric & electronic engineering
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
• Broad knowledge of operations activities.
• Solid English language skills.
• Revenue assurance and risk related experience
