Job Summary
ActionAid Ghana (AAG), an Affiliate of ActionAid is looking to employ experienced and self-motivated individuals to fill the above position.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, IT & Fundraising, as a member of the Senior Management Team, the Fundraising and Supporter Care Manager is responsible for leading on ActionAid Ghana's fundraising activities through effective institutional partnership fundraising and management of sponsorship work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead on development and implementation of ActionAid Ghana's resource mobilization/fundraising strategy
• Conduct annual donor-scoping to inform donor focus and identify opportunities available AAG and partners
• Design innovative quality projects/proposals with key stakeholders and beneficiaries
Basic Salary: GH¢2,328.82 (Band 5: Step 1)
Qualification Required & Experience
Job Circumstances:
This is a three (3) year renewable contract employment on national terms and conditions. The role involves travel occassionally outside Ghana and within Ghana especially to AAG communities
Academic Qualification:
Master's Degree in Fundraising or Marketing with 5 years' relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or relevant field with 10 years' relevant experience
