Job Summary

Zodiac Marine Service, a reputable, independent ship management service delivery company that offers a comprehensive range of high quality marine services in Ghana Ports-Tema and Takoradi is looking to recruit 2 highly motivated and skilled Marketing executives who will be involved in various aspects of the marketing needs of the organization, including: strategic planning; advertising; promotion; public relations; product development; distribution; sponsorship; and research. (This position involves some travelling).

The job functions for this position include but are not limited to the following:

•  Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution. Commitment to continuous learning.
•  Demonstrated effectiveness in holding conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach.
•  Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.
•  Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
•  Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, market research.
•  To liaise and build relationships with customers and suppliers.
•  To contribute to the strategic planning of an annual or long term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.
•  Must have project management skills.
•  Must have a sound understanding of the principles of marketing.
•  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and clients.
•  Ability to write reports and analyze data.
•  Putting together marketing campaigns and assessing results
