A reputable continental European Company has begun the development of huge rubber and oil palm plantations in the Western Region Of Ghana. Duties
Reporting to the Managing Director, he/she shall be responsible for the following:

•  Liaise with central government, statutory institutions and trade unions to ensure that the operations of the company comply with all operative regulations of the industry in which the company operates
•  Maintain conducive working relationship with local governmnet, traditional authorities and the communities where the company operates
•  In consultation with the MD, develop personnel policies and conditions of service for employees of the company and police their compliance
•  Maintain adequate records of employees of the company
•  Prepare and administer the Annual Budget for the department
•  Any other functions that the MD may direct.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  A good first degree in a social science plus a Master's degree in Management or Administration fom a recognised university
•  Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
•  Must be self-motivated, result and disciplned oriented
•  Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position in a large private institution

Location: Takoradi, Western region

Salaries And Other Conditions Of Service

Salaries are negotiable but very attractive and competitive. The duty station for all the above positions will be at Daboase (36 kilometers before Takoradi) in the Western region.

Accommodation will be provided free for all employees. Medical facilities will be available to employees and their immediate family members. Free education up to Junior High School for a certain number of employees children will also be provided.
