Job Purpose

The SME and Enterprise Services Manager is responsible for maximizing revenues within the designated area through the planning and management of sales activities. The incumbent is responsible for revenue generation through the guidance of the work efforts of his team made up of supervisors, fields sales, and channel sales executives. The role reports to the Enterprise Business Director

Duties

•  Drive customer acquisition and retention within the sector as per business objectives
•  Build strong and loyal relationships with customer base through superior service provision
•  Attainment of revenue objectives
•  Maximise company market share
•  Manage and implement company's commercial strategies in assigned role

Persons Specification

•  Ability to motivate team
•  Ability to achieve set SME sales targets
•  Good knowledge of sales
•  Good knowledge of telecom industry
•  Good knowledge in management method

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing option preferred
•  5 to 7 years experience in sales / management position preferably in the Service Sector
•  Proficient in Microsoft Suite
