A Rural Bank located in the Brong-Ahafo Region of Ghana with six Agencies including the Head Office has vacancy for the following position:- Operations Manager

Under the supervision of the Supervising Manager, the Operations Manager will among other things assist the Supervising Manager to:-

•  Implement policy decisions of the bank
•  Prepare Annual Plans and Budgets for the Bank
•  Supervise the day-to-day operations of the bank
•  See to the accurate preparations of reports to Bank Of Ghana, ARB Apex Bank Ltd, External Auditors in a timely manner
•  Develop staff capacity building plans and see to its implementation
•  Supervise and monitor staff performance
•  Any other duties, which may be assigned from time-to-time by the supervising manager or the board

Qualification Required & Experience

•  The applicant must at least hold a first degree in Accounting. Banking, Finance, B.Com or any relevant professional qualifications in Accounting, Banking or Finance
•  The applicant must have at least three (3) years working experience in a similar position preferably in Rural Banking
•  The applicant must be at least 35 years of age but not more than 55
