Job Responsibilities

•  Developing and maintaining viable customer base on assigned sales routes
•  Managing company stocks
•  To be in charge of promoting company brands in a competitive market environment
•  Must be able to demonstrate practical debt management skills
•  Leading teams to ensure that sales agent set is met

Key Competences/Skills required

•  Must be willing to work under pressure and for long hours
•  Must be willing to travel outside Accra when the need arises
•  Excellent leadership skills
•  Must be results oriented
•  Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•  Ability to work with minimum supervision
•  Must possess a valid driving license

Qualification Required & Experience

•  HND in marketing with five (5) years proven practical experience in sales activities
•  A part qualification from the chartered institute of marketing with four (4) years practical experience in sales activities
•  A Degree in Sales and Marketing with three (3) years practical experience in sales activities
