Grameen Foundation Mobile Technology for community Health Project is Hiring.

The Mobile Technology for community Health Programme (MOTECH) is a partnership between the Grameen Foundation Technology Centre and Ghana Health Service (GHS). It aims to increase the quality and quantity of antenatal, neonatal and infant care through mobile phone applications. We are hiring for the following positions:

Monitoring And Evaluation Officer

The Monitoring And Evaluation Officer has two main functions. Firstly to be responsible for liaising between the external research organisation, Grameen Foundation and GHS, in order to ensure that an evaluation of high quality is conducted. This will involve working with the MOTECH field team and GHS to ensure that the MOTECH implementation in the evaluation district is carried out to an extremely high standard. It will involve working with the research organisation to define a suitable research methodology and assist its execution in the district. The role will involve frequent field monitoring visits.

Secondly, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer is responsible for improving MOTECH's monitoring of its own operations. This will include improving upon the internal call centre monitoring processes, exploring ways to better use MOTECH's operational data, designing and conducing an evaluation of our implementation work to determine our progress towards achieving our goals and working closely with the Technical Programme Manager on the MOTECH dashboard.

Education And Experience

. Experience managing research projects is required
. Experience working on development projects or working with GHS is required
. 5 Years or more work experience in a directly relevant role is desirable
. A relevant higher education qualification is required
. A specific qualification in monitoring and evaluation is desirable.
. Demonstrable evidence of the ability to produce well written reports
