A reputable company in Tema is looking for a Human Resource Manager who stays around Tema.

Job Requirements

•  Identify staff vacancies of all positions and recruit, interview and select applicants
•  Able to perform difficult duties such as referring disputes, firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures
•  Provide staff with information regarding company policies, job duties, working conditions and wages
•  Investigate and report on industrial accidents for insurance purposes

Qualification Required & Experience

•  University Degree in Social Sciences Administration
•  A minimum of 5 years working experience in Human Resource field
•  Have in-depth knowledge of the Labour Act 2003 (Act 651)
•  Experience in handling Labour issues
•  Ability to work with minimum supervision and must meet deadlines
