Job Summary

•  Under the general direction of the HR Manager, will assist to identify and evaluate areas of competitive advantage through the development of human resources and organizational capabilities and establishment of manpower plans
•  Assist to develop and implement performance management systems, to establish and administer policies and practices and foster the desired relationships between the employees and the company and generally to ensure the availability at all times of the right caliber and adequate number of people for the efficient operations of the company

Qualification Required & Experience

•  A University Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from an accredited University
•  Post-Graduate qualification will be an added advantage
•  Must have a minimum of not less than 5 years post professional or functional experience with at least 3 years working experience in a HR related positions
•  In-depth knowledge of corporate HR reporting
•  Extensive knowledge in the Ghana Labour Law
•  Experience in implementing Human Resource software
•  A high level of planning and organizational skills
•  Proven people skills, be able to motivate a diverse team and a good communicator
•  Proven analytical skills with high integrity
•  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
•  Possess drive and able to meet strict deadlines.
