Duties
• Tracking all inventory movement of client-owned inventory and Baker Hughes equipment from the manufacturing plant to final installation in the well
• Providing accurate revenue reports of inventory management decision-making
• Ordering and tracking the delivery of the required, to meet project requirement and minimise and minimise ad hoc procurement
• Updating delivery requirements as per rig schedule changes
• Preparing and tracking client-owned and Baker Hughes orders to ensure that the right equipment is available, when required
• Conducting all Baker Hughes physical inventory counts and reconciliations as well as reporting back to management
• Managing inventory to ensure that there is no over stocking or under stocking or under stocking
• Imputing and updating all inventory movements to achieve visibility and utilisation of inventory
Qualification Required & Experience
• Knowledge of the SAP operating system
• Knowledge of oil fields, tools and inventory systems
• Complete knowledge of internal order management
• Expertise in import and export activities
• The ability to manage project inventory requirement
• Good proactive thinking capabilities
