Job Summary

A reputable frozen foods company based in Tema currently requires regional sales agents as part of a national sales drive.

•  Successful candidate will develop their regional distributor networks and be the interface between the company and its distributors.
•  You will be expected to develop effective sales plans, achieve set targets, and grow your independent sales business in your region

The remuneration package is competitive and generous. A basic allowance and above-average commissions and bonuses will be offered to the right candidates

Qualification Required & Experience

•  You will demonstrate a good understanding of sales strategy, and experience in sales planning and project management
•  You will be target-driven and self motivated, and also demonstrate a strong ability to build and motivate a sales force. You must have your own means of transport
•  A first degree or HND is essential for this role. Regional Sales Agents will play a key role in the national distribution strategy
•  Ongoing training is provided, set within a clear career path in sales and marketing management
•  You will also be expected to attend periodic training workshops and conferences to share your experience with your colleagues
