Job Vacancy For Assistant Manager Investigations At Securities and Exchange Commission



The Securities and Exchange Commission, a statutory body responsible for regulating the securities industry in Ghana to ensure, inter alia the orderly, fair and equitable dealing in securities, invites qualified Ghanaians for the above post.

Duties:
The applicant will report to the Head, Audit and Risk Management and will assist with:

• Receiving of complaints and acknowledgement of receipts
• Undertaking detailed investigations on complaints
• Engaging appropriate institutions in investigation processes
• Keeping of complaints manual
• Reporting to management on investigations done

Qualification Required & Experience

The applicants should have the following qualifications:

• BSc Administration (Accounting) or equivalent qualification with a minimum of six (6) years post qualification experience; or
• MBA Accounting/Finance with a minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience
• Knowledge and experience in securities market operation is desirable
• Must be computer literate
