Administrative Assistant/Office Manager for our office in Chapel Hill,
Takoradi
Description Of Job
. Posting jobs on job board
. Inputting CVs onto database
. Formatting CV’s
. Chasing references
. Business Support – including booking flights, hotels, Visa’s etc
. General Administrative duties including Answering incoming calls, Ordering stationary and office furniture, Petty Cash
. General Logistical support
. Maintain knowledge of any in country legislation that may affect the business
. Any other duties that are within the day to day activities of the business.
Qualification Required & Experience
. Minimum of HND qualification in Business management or its relevant
. At least 5 years experience in the same position
. Good It skills – Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint etc
. Good telephone manners
. Excellent time management
. Ability to liaise with all levels of an organization
. Good motivation skills
. Candidates should be between the ages of 32-40 years
. Candidates should be living in the Chapel Hill environ
