Reports to the Human Resources Manager

Scope
The HR Officer must have a clear understanding of core functions  of  HR management & development and should have the ability to provide strategic HR support.

Responsibilities:

•  Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
•  Assist in recruitment and selection.
•  Assist in the handling of staff development and management issues.
•  Assist with Industrial  Relations issues.
•  Coordinate of all HR matters relating to employees' records.
•  Coordinate of staff performance management processes.
•  Preparation of reports as requested by the HRM.
•  Any other duties that may be assigned.

Qualification Required & Experience

•  Applicant must possess a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in HRM from a reputable institution.
•  A minimum of three years post qualification work experience.
•  Certification by a relevant professional institute, would be an added advantage.
•  Competencies:
•  Proficiency of computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
•  Good verbal and written communication skill
•  Ability to work in team environment
•  Good people management skills
