SOLICITATION NUMBER 624-13-009 FOR A RESIDENT HIRE U.S. PERSONAL SERVICE CONTRACTOR REGIONAL GLOBAL FUND LIAISON – USAID/WEST AFRICA

Ladies/Gentlemen:

The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development/West
Africa (USAID/WA), is seeking applications from qualified U.S. Citizens resident in Ghana who are interested
in providing Personal Services Contractor (PSC) services as described in the attached solicitation.
