A reputable and leading Rural Bank in the Northern Region is seeking to recruit qualified persons to fill the following position:-  Credit Manager

Job Purpose:

Shall generally be responsible for managing the Credit Department

Key Responsibilities

•  Designing the annual credit strategy for the bank
•  Development of suitable credit products to suit the credit needs of the Bank’s catchment areas
•  Reviewing the performance of the Bank’s credit products and refining them
•  Designing appropriate and effective credit appraisal system for the bank
•  Designing appropriate and effective system of monitoring and recovery mechanism of the Bank

Qualification Required & Experience

•  A University degree with a minimum of Ten (10) years banking experience, five years of which should have been in credit operations in a management grade in any bank
