Senior Resource Geologist wanted for employment.

Major Responsibilities:

. Applications of geological knowledge and skills to create and update grade control and resource models based on AGA Standard Procedures
. Ensure all estimation parameters, variography, etc,  are updated for the estimation of resource models
. Update of models based on the latest profiles and CMS
. Monitor, control and co-ordinate inputting of geological data
. Check and sign off on data capture of geological data to ensure accuracy of sampling database in GDMS
. Monitor Data Capture and validation
. Monitor and co-ordinate activities at the In-house Laboratory
. Update of Grade Control Models using Blockbuster procedures (training to be provided)
. Provision of monthly planned and actual stope grades based on updated grade control models using Blockbuster procedures
. Training & Supervision of Geologists
. Develop structural model
. QAQC Monitoring and Reporting
. Ability to work with less supervision
. Ensure compliance to AGA Safety and Health Standards Procedures

Qualification Required & Experience

. BSc/MSc in the relevant field
. ORE Resource Modelling, Competency Using Data Mine

Additional Skills Required:

. Computer literacy in BMRE, MS Word, Excel, ETS
. Ability to work with less supervision
