A reputable company is expanding its operations across the country and is looking for competent persons to fill the following position:- Operations Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or other related discipline
•   Five (5) years working experience in a related field. Experience in supply chain activities in a chain of supermarket or distribuion outlets will be an added advantage
•   He/She must have experience in coordinating the activities of various departments concerned with procurement, pricing, sales and distribution of products.
•   The successful candidate must have excellent commercial approach to solving problems and developing business processes and must also possess management skills, with the ability to manage performance and motivate staff on an individual basis and team level.
•   He/She must be able to ensure tight control on operational costs.
•   The successful candidate must clearly understand the goals of the company and develop a clear vision of exactly how operations will help achieve them. This manager must be able to create, manage and analyse performance date.
•   He/She shall perform other related duties as required.

Proficient computer skills will include MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Outlook, MS-Project and data entry
