A reputable manufacturing company requires the services of:- Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsible to the Managing Director for a cost-effective total management of the sales/marketing operations of the company.

He/She will:

•   Train, lead and motivate a lean but vibrant sales/marketing team in order to deliver results as required
•   Develop, on a continuous basis, the market for the company's products nationally and internationally
•   Conduct regular market research to monitor company and competitor performance
•   Provide data, statistics and advice necessary for the formulation of policies that will enhance corporate performance
•   Maintain accurate and timely records of the marketing operations of the company and submit monthly marketing reports to the MD

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A first university degree
•   10 years of relevant experience with a reputable company with a minimum of 3 years in a management position
•   Must be computer literate

Skills and Other Qualities

•   Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
•   Goal-oriented, proactive, team player with strong analytical skills
•   Strong written and verbal communication skills
•   Working knowledge and appreciation of finance

•   Marketing support (Product Adverts)
•   Promotions
•   Other marketing incentives/stimulants
