Job Title: Marketing Officer
Responsible to: Enterprise Development Manager
Regions: Kumasi

Under the direct management of the Relief International Enterprise Development Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for pursuing and implementing activities which support various projects within Relief International’s Social Enterprise Program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

. Work with stakeholders to collect, compile and analyze data
. Analyze current needs of stakeholders and recommend how RI can best support their business development and expansion
. Train retailers on appropriate use, maintenance and promotion of the stoves for consumer awareness
. Implement regional sales strategy, integrate into new markets and increase sales
. Assist in the development and testing of awareness campaign and marketing materials, including media ads
. Monitor and support the management of data collection and storage of production, sale and end user bases
. Collect End User information from Retail outlets and distribute corresponding owed incentives
. Keep accurate records of loans to producers and accurately track repayment of loans
. Supervise collection of payments and be accountable for  all payments made
. Perform other tasks as required for the success of project operations as determined by Enterprise Development Manager.

Qualification Required & Experience

. At least 5 years  experience supporting production value chains
. At least 5 years experience in product marketing and awareness raising
. Demonstrate-able experience in keeping accurate records of production and sales of multiple product lines
. Experience in the supervision and management of loan distribution and payment collection
. Experience of working with stakeholders in the informal sector
. Knowledge of carbon finance, fuel-efficient cook stoves a plus
. Required Languages: English and Twi
. 90% field based and 10% office based, marketing officer would be based in Kumasi.
. Must be able to start work ASAP
