Job Vacancy For Program Development Specialist For Monitoring & Evaluation – Education At USAID Ghana



The U.S. Mission in Accra, Ghana is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual for the position of PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST FOR MONITORING & EVALUATION - EDUCATION in the Education Office of USAID/Ghana. The primary purpose of the position is to serve as a subject matter expert in Strategic Information/Monitoring and Evaluation. S/he will help implement USAID/Ghana Education portfolio activities, building on previous experiences in scaling up proven interventions and approaches and working through and supporting the usage of Ghana country systems to the maximum extent possible under its new Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS).

Qualification Required & Experience

Education & Prior Work Experience:

•   A Bachelors Degree in public sector administration, international development, education, law, or other relevant training in education or education program management is required.
•   5 years experience working in monitoring and evaluation in education or development programming, 3 years of which should be in a progressively responsible professional-level position is required

Salary Range: GH¢ 27,677.00 – GH¢41,515.00 p.a. (depending on qualification and
experience)
