Person Specification:     

Applicants must:

•   Have a minimum of a second class upper degree from a recognised university in any discipline
•   Not more than 25 years old by 31 August 2013
•   Have completed National Service by 31 August 2013
•   Not have more than a year’s post national service permanent / full-time work experience
