Job Summary

The Position:

•   The Business Development Assistant (National Service Personnel)  is a position that supports the Regional Business Development Manager to develop sales, identify and help to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential clients and to support in all business development activities.
•   The BDA is expected to be a matured, detail and customer oriented individual. The BDA will support sales  mainly in Ghana and other parts of West Africa. the position holder will spend 70% of their time in the field interacting with customers and making problem propositions.
•   This is a National Service Position - For those candidates due to begin their National service this year. Please note that other applicants who have completed their National service will not  be Considered              .

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Please note only Applicants who just completed their degree program this year 2013 should apply
•   Must have studied for a Bachelors Degree  in Marketing ,Economics, Business Commerce, Other related Social Science Majors
•   Minimum Upper Second Class - Excellent Personal Achievement will be    considered
•   Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint database management
•   Excellent English writing and grammar skills
•   Basic knowledge of  French would be an added advantage
•   Excellent customer service skills
•   Ability to meet sales targets
•   Able to work in a multi-cultural environment
•   Past experience in product training and demonstration
•   Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
•   High ethical standards and transparent communication
•   Easily adaptable to function in a changing, dynamic environment.
•   Takes initiative in responding to tasks needing completion.
•   Must be able to manage time appropriately and meet deadlines
