Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the following position in a new 3-star hotel (Golden Bean Hotels Limited, Nhyiaeso) opening soon in the heart of Kumasi.

Candidates in this category will manage the various departments in the hotel - finance, front office, food and beverage service, food production, property maintenance and sales. They shall report to the General Manager.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A First degree in Hospitality Management with a minimum of 12 years experience at least 5 years of which must have been in a supervisory position in a reputable 3 - 5 star establishment

General Competencies: Applicants for all positions must, in addition to the specific requirements above, also possess:

•   A pleasant disposition, ability to work under pressure and for long hours including evenings, on weekends and public holidays
•   Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
•   Exposure to and the ability to work with different cultures. Proficiency in a second foreigh language (e.g. French) will be an advantage
•   A high level of personal integrity
