Agrateam looks for the Ghanaian subsidiary of a leading multinational company in the field of agro furniture. In a growing market, ensure the implementation of the group strategy in the agro furniture distribution market

• Underline the market dynamics by market segments (crops, public health)
• Identify potential partnership(s) to help build a new distribution strategy and implement the correlated action plan
• Establish the yearly budget in accordance with group growth expectation
• Ensure the coordination of the business plan with the commercial and the supply chain teams
• Follow the implementation of the Development plan for new products with the technical team
• Interface with all other support function such as marketing, finance in order to get aligned with the company strategy, objectives and processes
• Produce a monthly report

Qualification Required & Experience

Expertise Applied:

• Master’s degree in agriculture – Mastery of sales and marketing tools
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in the agro furniture distribution market
• Fluent in English – French (written-oral) appreciated
