Agrateam looks for the Ghanaian subsidiary of a leading multinational company in the field of agro furniture. Supporting the development programme in a growing market

• Ensure an efficient technical interface with all stakeholders (Customers, Partners, Suppliers) under group general policy
• Implement and follow the development programme including trials and registration dossiers
• Build and deliver the right technical message to external technical advisors and end-users
• Create tools for stewardship and training session
• Bring support to the commercial team to get product referencing
• Interface with the R&D and marketing functions of the group to get alignment
• Establish the yearly development budget with company main orientations

Qualification Required & Experience

Expertise Applied:

• Master’s degree in agriculture
• 5 to 10 years work experience in the technical field of crop protection in Western Africa
• Fluent in English – French (Written-Oral) appreciated

• Have strong knowledge about regulatory processes in Ghana
