Job Vacancy For Unit Manager At StarLife Assurance Co. Ltd (Tamale)



Main Tasks and Responsibilities

•   Plan and carry out direct sales activities
•   Develop ideas and create sales strategies to help achieve set targets
•   Be responsible for leading and training of sales executives to sell quality business
•   Put in measures to ensure that sales executives achieve their weekly and monthly targets
•   Organise mass presentation, including industrial and church presentation
•   Act as a liaison between the branch and sales executives

Qualification Required & Experience

•   The candidates must possess a Bsc Administration Marketing Option, CIM or its equivalent
•   Applicant must have worked in salesmanship for not less than 3 years
•   Sales Executives who have worked with StarLife for the past 5 years and above and hold Higher National Diploma (HND) could also apply

Candidates must be

•   Eloquent, smart and aggressive
•   Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
•   Computer literate
•   25 years and above
•   Have the ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision whiles meeting deadlines
