Job Vacancy For Assistant Registrar in Charge of Examinations At Accra Polytechnic



Job Summary

•   Collates and prints the Polytechnic’s examination questions
•   Assists in the preparation Examination Time Table
•   Assists in the allocation of examination halls
•   Ensures timely distribution of students examination scripts to course Lecturers for marking
•   Keeps custody of examination materials e.g. answer booklets, question papers, etc
•   Maintains examination attendance register
•   Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Master’s Degree in Educational Administration or Equivalent Professional Qualification with three (3) years post-qualification experience in a tertiary institution
