Reports to: Regional Managing Director, Ghana with dotted line reporting into Head of Systems

Overall Objective

•   To design and vet customer specific solutions ensuring that the general networking standards, as defined by the central network architect team are adhered to, assistance with product development and to provide pre and post sales solutions support to the Sales team in IS Ghana

Key Responsibilities

•   Develop and executive a solution strategy and business plan that support product growth
•   Shape, design, and plan specific service lines in product area
•   Act as visionary and strategist for solution product area
•   Assist Sales team to identify and quality business development opportunities
•   Develop and maintain vendor relationships within the product area
•   Lead development of formalized solution methodologies
•   Build and maintain repository for deliverables, methodologies, and business development documents
•   Provide quality assurance for services within solution area

Qualification Required & Experience

Qualification: CCNA, CCNP and progressing towards CCIE
Experience: At least 6 years experience as a Network Engineer within an ISP or VPN service provider at a Management level
Computer Skills: All relevant Microsoft, Linux and Cisco
Networking Skills: Hands-on experience on Switching, Vlan Trunking, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, Firewall, MPLS
