Job Vacancy For Commercial Manager At Internet Solutions (IS)



Division: Sales/Marketing Administration

Overall Objective

•   Responsible for new product development and ensures the development of profitable new business by translating market knowledge into creative strategies for growth towards meeting and exceeding IS Ghana’s sales, revenue and profit target

Reports to: Regional Managing Director, IS Ghana with dotted line reporting into Head of Sales and Product Development, IS International – South Africa

Key Responsibilities

•   New product development
•   Oversee the implementation, launch and marketing of new products
•   Identify and develop effective marketing strategies
•   Conduct surveys and research to identify potential mistakes and products
•   Manage the production of promotional material
•   Assist Sales team to identify and qualify business development opportunities
•   Develop and maintain vendor relationship within the product area
•   Develop pricing modules
•   Build and maintain repository for deliverables, methodologies, and business development documents
•   Monitor and analyse Sales and market trends

Qualification Required & Experience

Qualification: BA Marketing / BSc Accounting, Finance or Economics, Engineering
Experience: At least 5 years experience in Sales/Marketing/Finance within an ISP, Telecommunication or VPN service provider at a Managerial level
Advantage Skills Set: Analytical skills, industry knowledge, reporting and presentation skills
Position: The individual needs to be professional, customer focused and customer facing with the ability to work as a team player in a multi-cultural environment. Must be an excellent communicator – oral and written. Must be able to work efficiently under pressure
