Job Vacancy For Communications Manager
One of Ghana’s leading Communication consulting firms in Accra requires a qualified person to fill the position of Communications Manager
Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development of proposals
• Develop strategies and plans, particularly for major projects
• Supervise the development of strategies and plans by relevant communication personnel
• Supervise the implementation of strategies and plans
• Lead client relationship building and management
• Develop analytical papers
• Provide editorial services
• Develop and implement research projects
• Guide the development and implementation of annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly plans and reports
• Submit quarterly reports on work of the department
Supervision/People Management
• Coaching of staff
• Undertake staff assessment
• Provide advisory services to clients
• Provide advisory services to the organization
• Responsible for management of various portfolios of accounts
• Bi annual evaluation and career development of staff

Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of first degree in Communications. A masters degree in Communications or related field will be an advantage
• Must have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in a consultancy
• Practical knowledge in Journalism will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Media Relations
