Position: Capacity Building & Training Specialist

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum eight years of experienec developing and overseeing capacity building and training activities including: assessing and identifying capacity building needs of partner organisations, development of training materials, organizing and conducting TOTs and measuring impact of capacity building programs.
•   Ability to provide capacity building support on policy advocacy to local stakeholders
