Job Vacancy For General Manager At Weto Rural Bank Ltd (Kpeve, Volta Region)



Weto Rural Bank Limited with its Head Office at Kpeve in the Volta Region is seeking a suitable qualified individual for the position of General Manager.

. To provide technical and operational leadership and direction for the achievement of the objectives of the Bank
. Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the operations of the Bank
. Plan, organize, implement, monitor and evaluate all Bank activities
. Co-ordinate and control operational activities between Head Office and the Agencies
. Ensure timely submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly returns to ARB Apex Bank, the Bank of Ghana and other stakeholders
. Undertake any duties that may be assigned by the Board of the Bank to ensure the sustainability of the Bank

Qualification Required & Experience

Must have:

. University degree in business related field or professional qualification in any relevant discipline
. At least 10 years Banking experience with some Rural Banking as an advantage
. Excellent management, entrepreneurial and administrative skills
. High sense of responsibility and integrity and a result oriented working attitude
. Must be able to implement all Bank operational policies, in addition, be effective and efficient in deposit mobilisation
. Good interpersonal and analytical skills
. Excellent computer proficiency, particularly in data analysis and banking software, knowledge in T24 Software will be an advantage
