Marie Stopes International Ghana (MSIG) has vacancy for well-oriented, client-oriented and energetic individuals with relevant qualifications and experience to occupy the positions listed below in the organisation. MSIG's goal is to meet the needs of the Underserved and improve access to the use of family planning and other sexual reproductive health services. MSIG is part of Marie Stopes International's global partnership, which operates in over 43 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities include

•   Keep the entire office, its surroundings neat and clean at all times
•   Ensure proper management and disposal of waste in the office
•   Clean offices and desk to ensure that the working area is tidy
•   Wipe and polish all relevant places in the office
•   Clean the washrooms at timely intervals and ensure that the washrooms are always clean and tidy

Qualification Required & Experience

The person must:

•   Have at least basic (JHS or MSL Certificate) education and be able to read, communicate and write English
•   At least 2 years experience working in a similar role
•   Experience of working in an office environment
•   Fair written and verbal communication skills
•   Work experience in an INGO will be an advantage
•   Articulate and analytical with attention to detail
