RTI IS RECRUITING CANDIDATES FOR AN EARLY GRADE LEARNING PROGRAMME IN GHANA

Teacher Training Specialist will be responsible for coordinating all training activities for an early grade learning project, focusing on improving district level delivery of in-service training and on-going professional development in the area of early grade reading.

She/he will work collaboratively with government education agencies to coordinate the development and implementation of teacher training, working in close collaboration with project language and literacy experts

Qualification Required & Experience

. Master's degree in education (with a focus on reading or bilingual education preferred), with a minimum of 6 years experience developing and coordinating teacher training activities and inputs
. In-depth knowledge of Ghana's education system, with a proven ability as a facilitator/trainer and manager
. All positions require fluency in English; prior experience working on a USAID project is preferred
