Responsibilities:

•   Prepares branches budget
•   Ensures that all branches deposits and payments are captured
•   Ensures that all branch receipts and payment are processed in a timely manner
•   Maintains branch accounts and financial records
•   Prepares payments by accruing expenses, requesting disbursements
•   Performs account reconciliations
•   Prepares management accounts
•   Analyzes information and presents scenarios, using spreadsheet reports
•   Implements accounting policies and procedures
•   Answers periodic accounting and financial queries
•   Prepares and submits regular returns to the head office
•   Ensures that all company assets are safeguarded
•   Facilitates the work of both internal and external auditors

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A bachelor's degree in Accounting from a recoginised unversity
•   IFRS Reporting Skills and deadline-oriented
•   Meticulous, strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
•   Good understanding of Ghana's tax laws
•   Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
