Main responsibilities

•   Ensure overall quality of estimates and cost analysis
•   Ensure adherence of applied estimating/controlling methodologies to corporate standards
•   Assuring expenditure phasing by each department
•   Assuring cost control for both contract and internal costs
•   Carrying out cost risk analysis and supporting management of reserve utilization (contingency)
•   Assuring cost estimates, as required, and annual forecasts/budget
•   Assuring project budget development and updating
•   Assuring/developing and maintaining all cost reports feeding in cost reporting systems
•   Verifying work progress status updating cost documentation and allocating costs to the right cost elements

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

•   A technical diploma/ Engineering degree preferred
•   At least 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
•   At least 5 years of experience in planning, cost estimating and control
•   E&P Management: Joint Ventures: Representative, Exploration Budget & Workplan
•   Economics General: Economics, OPEX Budgeting, Contractual & econ.
•   Economics Planning and Control, Cost estimating/ budgeting/cost analysis/control
•   Contracting: Def. of Contract Strategy, Variations and Claim Resolution, Contract Negotiate. & Mgmt
•   Organisation Processes: Internal Standard, Project Management process, Peed-back development and diffusion
•   Construction & Installation: Control system knowledge
•   Project Management: Project Feasibility, Prep. of Development Programme & Budget, HR Project Management, Project Planning, close-out Report
•   Preparation, Cost control - Budgeting, Project Management methodologies and techniques, Risk Management
